Foster innovation by organizing internal & external events like hackathons, meetups.Build the frames of efficient knowledge sharing: regular technical discussions, roundtables, accessible technical documentation (guidelines, how-to) on products and proprietary frameworks, systems.Create training programs: internal / external classroom trainings, online courses, technical materials (articles, books, videos), conference attendance, lunch & learn and similar events.Provide input to EMs / VP for performance evaluation and promotion decisions.Help people in their professional development and career advancement by coaching and mentoring.Create technical content for interviewing and onboarding.Support the Engineering Managers (EM) and VP in the hiring process by defining job profiles and assessing candidates from hard-skills point of view.The CL also acts as an individual contributor on their field by carrying out hands-on tasks to help the teams in resolving difficult issues, launching new projects / initiatives, building novel solutions, or preparing the adoption of new technologies, tools or methodologies, which require their expert knowledge. The CL is responsible for building a skilled and continuously developing community of practice and a modern and open engineering culture in their discipline, encompassing the whole engineering department. We are looking for an experienced QA Chapter Lead (CL) to guide Loxon’s software tester community (manual & automation) as a technical leader.
